Welcome to the Blind Tech Community. By using our website, signing up for classes, downloading our applications, or interacting with our learning channels, you agree to comply with the rules outlined below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Quick Summary: Accessing this website, joining our chats, or enrolling in our developer or MS Office courses means you agree to these operating terms.

By opening, registering, or interacting with the Blind Tech Community site, services, training classes, mobile utilities, or community forums, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, please discontinue using our site, apps, and courses immediately.

2. Account Registration & Google Login

Quick Summary: Keep your Google Login secure and provide accurate information when registering for classes so we can verify your enrollment.

To access user panels, review classes, or print completion certificates, you must sign in via secure Google Authentication.

  • Account Ownership: You are responsible for all actions taken under your logged-in Google credentials. Maintain secure control over your Google credentials.
  • Accurate Registration data: Tutors rely on your spelling and contact fields. You must provide correct names, emails, and device info during class registration. Inaccurate data may delay enrollment or result in incorrect certificates.

3. Community & Chatroom Conduct

Quick Summary: Treat fellow learners, moderators, and tutors with respect. Harassment, spamming, and sharing malicious software are strictly banned.

The Blind Tech Community thrives on mutual support and inclusive learning. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against disruptive behavior in our classrooms, WhatsApp, and Telegram groups:

  • Harassment and Hate Speech: Bullying, discriminatory jokes, abusive comments, or targeted harassment of students, staff, or visually impaired community members is strictly prohibited.
  • Zero Spam and Promotion: Sharing referral links, external sales offers, political campaigns, or unrelated advertisements in learning groups is banned.
  • Safe Software Sharing: Do not share virus-laden scripts, hacked system files, or unsafe tools in any class channels.

4. Course Progression & Certificates

Quick Summary: To receive completion certificates, you must attend classes, complete your practice projects, and pass assessments.

To maintain the integrity of our course credentials, certificates of completion are awarded based on strict criteria:

  • Attendance & Participation: Tutors verify student attendance during online sessions. Active attendance helps ensure you gain full value from the curriculum.
  • Assignments & Practical Exams: Whether setting up development environments, styling HTML mockups, compiling Flutter apps, or formatting Excel sheets, practical assessments must be completed by the student.
  • Certificate Generation: Certificates are generated electronically. In cases of plagiarism or submitting another student's project files, certificates will be permanently revoked.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Quick Summary: Course materials, app designs, and guide materials are for your personal, educational use. Commercial copying or reselling is prohibited.

All elements of the platform remain the property of Blind Tech Community:

  • Proprietary Curriculum: Lesson plans, audio guides, screen reader configuration guides, slide sheets, and training videos are owned by us. You are licensed to use them solely for your own personal education.
  • Copyrighted Code and Apps: The user interface files, backend server APIs, and proprietary code bases of our Android applications (Daily Accessible Youthful Tools and VI-Games) cannot be decompiled, white-labeled, or sold without written consent.

6. Dismissal & Termination

Quick Summary: We reserve the right to suspend login tokens or remove individuals from WhatsApp groups if they break our community rules.

We strive to maintain a safe, welcoming space for visually impaired learners. We reserve the right to suspend account privileges, terminate access to dashboards, or dismiss students from cohorts in cases of:

  • Repeated harassment in chat groups
  • Sharing spam or promotional links
  • Plagiarizing coursework or assignments
  • Attempting to breach server security

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**.

Any legal actions, claims, or disputes arising out of or in connection with our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in **New Delhi, India**.
