How do I pay the nominal convenience fee?

Once you submit the request form, a coordinator will review the specifications (target portal, guidelines, and document count) and reach out via WhatsApp or email with the corresponding payment options (UPI, online gateway, or bank transfer).

Is my private data secure during the filing process?

Yes. We strictly adhere to our data privacy values. Any details, documents, or credentials shared for the submission are processed securely in real-time, and all temporary uploads are completely wiped once the application is finalized.

Can I cancel a request and get a refund?

Because our cafe team provides immediate manual validation and coordinates with volunteers for form filling, service fees are non-refundable once our team begins processing the application form.
