1. Course Cohorts & Enrollment Fees
By registering for a course, you occupy a slot that is immediately locked to your email account. Seats are restricted to guarantee volunteer teacher ratios. Because student dashboards and curriculum files are accessible instantly upon registration, we do not support any general cancellation requests.
2. Digital Cyber Cafe Desk
Our Digital Cyber Cafe assistance is a payable helper service. Because documents are queued and review actions commence immediately upon submission, no cancellation requests are permitted. In addition, gateway transaction charges (typically 2% to 3%) deducted by billing networks are non-refundable.
3. Refund Claims & Processing

Following validation, approved credits are processed back to the original source payment account (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank node) within **5 to 7 business days**.
