Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review the binding terms regarding registration cancellations and service charges below.

1. Course Cohorts & Enrollment Fees

Notice: Course registrations and cohort access fees are strictly final. Once purchased, enrollments cannot be cancelled, transferred, or refunded under any conditions.

By registering for a course, you occupy a slot that is immediately locked to your email account. Seats are restricted to guarantee volunteer teacher ratios. Because student dashboards and curriculum files are accessible instantly upon registration, we do not support any general cancellation requests.

Exception Note: If our platform coordinators cancel a cohort course, or if our instructor is unable to continue delivering classes due to internal issues, a refund for the course fee is issued to the affected students.

2. Digital Cyber Cafe Desk

Notice: Assistance service charges for PAN cards, Voter ID forms, ticket bookings, or document submissions are final and non-refundable once requested.

Our Digital Cyber Cafe assistance is a payable helper service. Because documents are queued and review actions commence immediately upon submission, no cancellation requests are permitted. In addition, gateway transaction charges (typically 2% to 3%) deducted by billing networks are non-refundable.

Exception Note: If our cafe operators fail to submit your requested forms due to volunteer coordinator unavailability, internal system issues, or queue blocks on our side, a refund for the service charge is issued.

3. Refund Claims & Processing

For eligible refunds resulting from our team-side unavailability, please write to [email protected] from your registered profile address.

Note: Your email request must include:
  • Full Name & Registered Contact details
  • Transaction ID and date of purchase
  • Specific reason referencing the team-side issue

Following validation, approved credits are processed back to the original source payment account (UPI, credit/debit card, or bank node) within **5 to 7 business days**.
