- Your Profile Information: When you sign in with your Google account, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
- Your Rewards & Payment Details: We keep track of your earned points, completed task history, daily check-ins, and redemption details. You can request reward redemption once you reach the minimum required points threshold. Available redemption methods include UPI transfers, Google Play Redeem Codes, Amazon Pay Gift Cards, and Flipkart Gift Cards.
- App Performance & Notifications: Basic phone information (such as your phone model and Android version) and notification preferences so we can alert you about bonus rewards and payment updates.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for clear and simple reasons:
- To maintain your account and credit points whenever you finish a task.
- To send cash rewards and payouts directly to your payment account.
- To prevent cheating, fake accounts, or automated scripts so honest users get paid.
- To send you helpful push notifications about new games, weekly leaderboard winners, and payout updates.
- To reply to your support emails.
3. Third-Party Services
To help the app run smoothly, we use standard services for login and media:
- Google Sign-In & System Services: Used for secure login and app performance. (Google Privacy Policy)
- Ad Partners: Used to show optional video task ads. Watching ads is completely voluntary and rewards you with extra bonus points.
- Music & Radio Streaming Services: Used to play live radio and music streams inside the app for your entertainment.
4. How to Delete Your Account & Data
You have full control over your account. If you ever decide to delete your account and personal data, you can do so easily:
Option A: Delete Directly Inside the App
Open Make Cash, go to More > Account > Delete Account to instantly remove your account profile and stored points.
Option B: Request Deletion Online or via Email
If you have uninstalled the app, you can fill out the deletion form below or send an email from your registered Google email address to [email protected].
What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
When you delete your account, your profile (name, email, profile photo), point balance, task history, and notification preferences are permanently removed from our system within 48 hours.
Payment transaction records are kept for a short period (up to 90 days) solely for accounting and tax records, after which they are fully erased.
5. Children's Privacy
Make Cash is designed for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we find that a person under 18 has shared information with us, we delete it immediately.
