BTC Academy Client Application Privacy Policy
1. Scope & Objective
This Privacy Policy and Licensing Terms (the "Policy") constitutes a legally binding agreement governing the data access and processing operations of the BTC Academy Client Application (the "Application") developed by the Blind Tech Community. The Application operates exclusively as a secure, closed-access client portal designed to deliver proprietary, educational curriculum to pre-authorized licensees. This Policy defines the technical data points accessed, processed, and transmitted during the active execution of the Application.
2. Non-Collection of Personal Identifiable Information
Exclusion Clause: The Application is not a public registration platform. It does not contain features facilitating account creation, commercial transaction processing, or active harvesting of general personal data. No user email addresses, physical locations, billing profiles, or contact registers are solicited, stored, or processed by the Application.
Access authorization is managed strictly on an external basis by institutional administrators. The Application serves solely as an endpoint interface verifying pre-established access credentials.
3. Data Categories Accessed & Transmitted
During localized execution and interaction with our licensing server, the Application accesses and transmits only the technical parameters necessary to enforce licensing compliance and ensure secure service delivery:
A. Device Cryptographic Signatures
For the purposes of hardware verification and Digital Rights Management (DRM) licensing enforcement, the Application generates and transmits a unique cryptographic hardware signature:
- Android Environment: The application queries the platform-level
ANDROID_ID(viaSettings.Secure.ANDROID_ID) to serve as the exclusive hardware fingerprint. - Windows Environment: The application queries the motherboard hardware UUID signature to uniquely identify the desktop host.
B. Session Authentication & Portal Context
To establish and preserve a secure communication tunnel, the Application processes:
- Pre-configured access credentials (username and credential tokens) submitted by the licensee.
- Secure server-issued session tokens to maintain transient connection integrity.
C. Academic Submissions & Interaction State
To facilitate educational curriculum execution, the Application transmits:
- Course-specific progress flags and lesson completion tracking checkpoints.
- Direct student-generated deliverables (assignment documents, files, or text input) submitted strictly to the licensing institution for grading.
4. Intellectual Property & Digital Rights Management (DRM)
All video, audio, and text coursework delivered through the Application are the exclusive intellectual property of the Blind Tech Community and are protected under international copyright laws. The Application incorporates proprietary, state-of-the-art secure transmission and digital rights protection (DRM) technology. The unique device identifier is queried dynamically to validate license compliance. Unauthorized redistribution, extraction, or interception of course media is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate licensing revocation.
5. Administrative Access Revocation
The Blind Tech Community reserves the absolute right to audit hardware registers and dynamically revoke access privileges. In the event of a licensing violation or administrative device block:
- The server API will immediately terminate all active sessions associated with the flagged device signature.
- The Application will terminate execution, display an authorized warning indicating administrative revocation, and purge all local cached operational datasets.
6. Telemetry and Third-Party Data Transmission
The Application enforces a strict zero-telemetry policy. There is no integration with third-party analytical suites, advertising networks, or external cloud telemetry servers. All data traffic is routed strictly and securely via HTTPS/SSL directly to the designated, secure infrastructure of the Blind Tech Community.
